Whether pleasant, neutral, or uncomfortable, interactions with others often unearth material that can be difficult to work with. Day to day life can sometimes feel too fast, intense or goal-oriented to bring awareness to all that is revealed in those moments.

But those moments hold tremendous potential for healing and change. How do we work with them? How do we develop more mindfulness while relating to others?

Psychedelic Yogis is a substance-free bi-monthly gathering dedicated to exploring the synergy between contemplative practices and altered states explorations.

Our intention is to nurture a supportive and inclusive space where community can co-create meaningful relationships while learning about new practices.

Our programming incorporates meditation practice, mindfulness, silence, mindful speaking / listening, and reflection around prompts.

I am committed to teaching in ways that are relatable, non-dogmatic and playful.

Some recurring themes:

The fundamentals of mindfulness practice.

Embodied awareness.

How to work skillfully with the inner-critic.

Loving-kindness.

Mindful speaking and listening.

I teach and facilitate workshops, courses and events to a broad range of communities, wherever they might be on the secular / spiritual / dharma oriented spectrum.
